 The YSI Thrift & Gift Store offers a wide range of previously-owned, items for sale. All proceeds go to support YSI and all donations are tax deductible. If you are looking for a place to donate your excess and unused possessions, consider donating them to the Thrift & Gift.
If you're looking for something useful or unusual, then be sure to drop by for great bargains. The store has everything from vintage clothing to colorful costumes. Books, electronics, household and sporting goods plus a lot more fill the shelves. While the prices are consistently fair, be sure to watch for special deals! Cash Only.

Since 1993, the YSI Guild has operated YSI’s Thrift and Gift Store.
Operated by the Guild’s 100+ volunteers and other volunteers, this community-centered store provides funding to YSI each year that equates to 10% of YSI’s operating income. YSI is grateful for this extraordinary on-going support, and is proud of the involvement of the Thrift and Gift Store in the Alum Rock neighborhood.
With the Guild’s financial support, YSI was able to buy the building that is home to the Thrift and Gift Store, helping to ensure the stability of this operation and funding source for many years to come.
